I flew my first ever two seater mission tonight.
I I have lookedthrough the posts - I have to say I realy like the look of the proposed rule where an observer can open fire before an attacking fighter has got into place. I agree, it just seemes more realistic. Are there any proposed rules to cover this, as I might put itto a vote for my gaming gropu to adopt.
Secondly, if a two seater gets badly shot up prior to actually completing its designated mission, and itthen goes on to depart combat and thus slip away - do the polit and observer get a mission credit even though they never did what they actually set out to do ??
Anyone putthere hands on those bomber rules for me yet ??

Hey Paul,
Yes you get credit for the mission if you get shot. Actually if you just give someone the opportunity to shoot you the mission counts.
Hope your enjoying the Two seater misions.

Both pilot and observer get credit for any mission where the plane shoots or gets shot at.

Paul, I just now looked at my rule book to scan multi-engine plane rules... I knew that all I had was the Caproni rules and I thought they might help. But when I looked, the chart said "too many notes here - see sheets. Multi engine plane rules apply."
GRRR! So I DON'T have the Caproni rules because I don't have any "sheets" (what are they talking about?) and I don't have any charts for multi engined planes.
I knew I didn't have much but I thought the Caproni stuff might help, now I don't even have that. Does anyone have the actual multi engine rule sheet?
