So, being inclined to creativeness, and having a free day; I've been playing with an Indy Squadron monogram. I'll post the fruits of my experiments when I've finished them all.
While I'm at it, I want to get any one else's contributions; either your own entirely, or if you want to send me a specific font I can work around with it!
Also, a specific question for Stephen: does the squadron have official colors? I have been assuming the sopwith green on a straight black.

Good project! I can't wait to see the results!
The original Indy Squadron logo is green with yellow, and you can see it on the top right sidebar on the Indy Squadron web page just above the squadron calendar. The outline of the Camel and the green color are the main elements we want to retain, so see what you can do with it. A fresh version would be really nice, and I'm okay with changes and updates. Anxious to see more!
Also, I can email you a slightly larger version of you need it.

This is what I did earlier. By no means am I finished, I've got a couple other ideas for the monogram, as well as a few fonts. I will make a banner as well!  |

Today yielded something pretty slick, if I do say so.  I took the RAF wings and did a little swip-swapping, and added some color while I was at it. |
