Well in the end you can assume you know what everyone who was actually there intended, or you can take the word of everyone who was actually there. Nothing was planned, it was all kind of spontaneous. Stephen came up with the idea of using Franklin for an investigative report, and everyone was laughing and having a good time. That is what happened, and nobody took any of it seriously. So if you want to call me a liar that is up to you, but think about this...what on earth do I have to gain by lying about it?

Rick why would I slander a good friend intentionally? I can't believe we are even having this conversation.

The last thing any of us said about the video was that we thought you would get a big kick out of and laugh with us. That is HONESTLY what we said.

So I am sorry that you were offended by it brother, and I'm sorry if anything I said offended you. I know for a fact none of us intended it in that way, and I'll go back to my original statement, if we had known we wouldn't have done the video. But none of it was viewed by any of us as personal attacks or vendettas against you. That is the truth.

Thanks to the unreliable, unfriendly, unhelpful and non-user-friendly jokers who bought out our previously excellent online web space provider, the Armistice version of the Dispatch will be delayed by a few days. I can't log in to our account and problem solving with these people is a nightmare... even finding someone who can speak English is a challenge. I can't call them about until tomorrow. The latest issue is ready for release as soon as I can log in again. Grrr.

While digging in the archives (ie mess), I found a paper copy of the Indy Dispatch from July 1991. If you want it, send me your snail mail address and I'll send it along.

Very good write up on the new issue Stephan, though I think you forgot to mention that I put 26 HF in Sierra and we had to cut for the kill.

I'm glad to put that stuff in, but I do not have access to that information. It exists only on your mission log. So if you will jot down the things in your games that you feel are most important, I'll be sure to get them in.
And that is an open invitation for anyone. If you get me your info THE DAY AFTER gaming, it will be included in the write up. I also welcome article submissions. ISD is for everyone and I'm happy to include the info.
All I ask is that everyone remember - YOU have the information, not me!! If it is important to you, I will definitely put it in. Just get it to me.

Another thought for everyone -
Michael wrote up a nice piece on some new gamers that he played with the other day and posted it on the forum. It even had photos! Kevin wrote up a piece on one of his German pilots a few weeks ago and put it on the forum as well.
If you want the instant enjoyment of seeing it on the forum, that's fine and I understand. You're welcome to post what you like here.
However, both of those would have made very nice stories for ISD. And it would allow me to put out more issues, more quickly, because I have more content.
And better still, the Current Issue page gets by far the most traffic on this site, so more people will see it there.
So when you have something of interest, or a game write up, or a pilot tribute, or whatever, please consider sending it to me in an email or PM for inclusion in ISD instead.
