I've got July 2, 9 and 23 available. Me and Ethan for sure, and with a little advance notice maybe SD can get off work and play, too.

9th - two diff birthday parties.
16th - OK
23rd - attending reception out of town 2-5 pm.

Me and SD are out of town working on both the 16th and 30th, so we have no ability to be flexible there. Sorry.
Kevin, that only leaves this Saturday. It's certainly not ideal for me either, but it would be a day when we all could make it. Wanna try?
Another idea... would anyone like to try a weeknight? Yes, it would be a short night, but we might consider it as an exception so that everyone can relax and enjoy the games rather than worry over conflicting schedules. What think ye?

Also, I saw Kevin at church this morning (they visited our church) and he suggested we try for Friday night, July 22, at his place. Does that work for you?
Again, I'm good with tomorrow as well. I hope Kevin checks the forum tonight.

I've tentatively got us down for Fri night, July 22, pending Rick's schedule. But I needed to get the Dispatch out on Monday or it wasn't getting done. Can change it if we need to.

If we can get a head count that would be awesome. I'm going to make some excellent snacks for us, including my world famous Salsa and homemade baked French Fries.
Wayne will not be there he's going out of town on a ministry trip. Garrett & I are definites, Wyatt is a possible.
