So far it's only two, although the White House admits to keeping a hit list of US citizens who are subject to summary execution.
As with any official murder, those responsible use a lot of fancy words and phrases. But the bottom line doesn't change... the White House has ordered the murder of a US citizen and others are on the hit list.
