Indiana Law. www.dumblaws.com/laws/united-states/indianaAnyone 14 or older who profanely curses, d**ns or swears by the name of God, Jesus Christ or the Holy Ghost, shall be fined one to three dollars for each offense, with a maximum fine of ten dollars per day. Sharia! Muslim hords invade to steal our women and inflict their godless laws upon us!! Oh, wait. That's here in Indiana. That's enough to make you wanna move to Zurich. At least they can cuss.

Do you believe that Godly, biblical morality should be enforced by law?

Do you believe that Godly, biblical morality should be enforced by law? Ya. But please don't ask any more argumentative questions. And remember to capitalize Biblical.

Do you believe that Godly, biblical morality should be enforced by law? Law to man should be enforced by the government. (Do not murder, do not commit adultery, etc....). Law to God is enforced by God alone. (Love the Lord God, don't worship idols) Secret sins, (such as lust) cannot be enforced by the law because only God knows the hearts of men. Many laws given in the Old Testament are no longer valid in the Body of Christ today. (Such as dietary restrictions given to the Jews.)

God's moral law has not been repealed. It is still just as wrong to murder today as it was 3000 years ago.

Do you believe that Godly, biblical morality should be enforced by law? Ya. Would you then favor a new law mandating daily scripture reading? You're right. In this reference, it can be correct to use upper case since the bible in reference is a proper name. Also remember that "The" must be capitalized as well since it is part of the proper noun in use. A bible is lower case; The Bible is upper.
