The rules were in an Aerodrome supplement years ago, and I am sure Stephen has them, If he doesn't I do. I don't have a counter for it, but maybe Andrew might???

I've got them and I'll try to remember to bring them to RBF XX. I think they came out in Drome 88 about 20 years back.
