It is now virtually a lock. RBF XX will be held on May 2nd, at the Lacy household. There is a possibility of out of town attendees (and if any of you reading this ARE from out of town, let me know you're coming) so I think an earlier start time would be better than a later one. Stephen had suggested 5 pm, I would suggest noon or 1 pm. Please post opinions here.

I would be just fine with an earlier start time, maybe to get a game or two in before the big game. 1 pm works! Myself and Wayne will be in attendance. I am pretty sure if the Morgan boys can make they will come as well, they've been asking me about Dawn Patrol games every week! In fact we need to get some more regular gaming back on schedule!

Scott and Dory have both expressed interest, and of course I'll be there. SD is a good possibility as well so we might have a pretty strong crowd.
And 1pm is good with me!

So, realistically, it looks like it will be you, me, kevin, wayne. strong possible for the Morgans. Possible for Dori and SD. Scott is almost so guaranteed a no-show I'd be willing to wager on his attending.
Slight possible for Ken and Rich, and George Henion might also make an appearance.
Anybody else I'm missing?

Dory is probably better than 50/50. Otherwise, yes, I'd say that's right.

I suggest 4pm. The shorter days seem to be working and I think participation will be higher if we stay with a shorter day. SD, Dory and Scott will either show late or not at all if we try for a marathon. I really think we reach diminishing returns with an early start. This was your idea, Kevin, and its worked so far.
We've been starting at 5pm lately and everyone liked it... back it up an hour to 4pm and we'll play one quick warm up before RBF. What think ye? Let's decide quickly on this so I can send out email invites tomorrow.
Also, just picked up the cup today... same as last year's. I really would like this one. Its gorgeous and I don't have one like it yet.

Now, they'd make the decision easier if they'd tell us whether or not they were coming (Ken/Rich/George). but I plan on being ready to go at 1 unless I hear they are not coming. If we have no out of town guests 4 pm would be fine.

That's right... I forgot about our possible guests. Yes, if they come, 1pm is a good idea. Otherwise, 4pm is good.
Let's wait til late today (Thurs) to make the call. I do need to get email invites out tonight though.

Ok thanks, just wanted to confirm either way so I knew what time to be there. Stephen, I'm still all for the normal 5 pm start times. But either way is good for us, 1 pm or 4 pm. I'll check bk later!

No word from any out of town guests, so 4pm at Rick's house it is.

Count myself, Wayne, and the Morgan boys in. Also, Mike Morgan (their dad) is rumored to be considering playing in RBF. He's an actual pilot and likes the rules of the game.
