Here's a bit of extra info:
271 Elephants saw service with RFC 23, 27, 67, and 72 Squadrons. 27 Squadron was the only one fully equipped with Elephants. RFC 67 became AFC 1 Squadron in January, 1918. 67/1 and 72 squadrons served in the Middle East, where 67 is noted as having received Elephants in October, 1916. 23 and 27 Squadrons served in France. They were retired at 27 Squadron in autumn, 1917 and flew their last missions on the western front by the end of December. In the Middle East 1 Squadron had theirs replaced in March, 1918. One interesting aircraft, nicknamed "Mimi", had her wings and tail stripped, her wheels replaced with floats, and served in a naval capacity on the Dead Sea, disrupting and stopping grain boats (not applicable to DP, but just a really interesting bit of trivia).
125-130 M1c aircraft were ordered and five squadrons in Macedonia and the Middle East were partly equipped with it - 14, 47, 72, 111 and 150 Squadrons. I do have one note of it serving with 56 Squadron, but that squadron was in France so that conflicts with other records. 35 are noted to have served in the Macedonian and Middle East theatres, while the rest are recorded as serving with flying schools. I have a few references of aircraft being still operational in the Middle East in 1918, so the ones that did make it into combat had a long service life.
Approx. 400 Bristol Scouts were in service. 62 Scout C aircraft were used by the RFC, and 99 by the RNAS. 130 Scout Ds were used by the RFC, and 80 by the RNAS. They were used by AFC's 6 (training) Squadron and RFC 6, 10, 11, and 67 Squadrons. None of these squadrons were fully equipped with the Scout. RFC 6, 10 & 11 were on the Western front. 67 Squadron was the renamed Australian 1st Squadron (to avoid confusion with No. 1 Squadron RFC) which served in the Near East. They were also used by training schools and the RNAS.
A total of 50 FB19s were ordered. In addition to the 6 flown in France, a handful found their way into Bolshevik service in Russia. A dozen FB19 MkIIs were built and several saw service in Palestine and Macedonia from June 1917 onward.
